Refund policy

We require pictures of damaged goods in order to issue a return/refund.

All product returns must be in unopened and in salable condition to receive a full refund. if the item is opened or used the orders subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Any package that is refused or undeliverable due to insufficient address, or marked as unclaimed, is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Mayo Packets - Mayo packets should not be allowed to freeze. If you live in a colder climate where freezing is a possibility the mayo packet ingredients might separate into an oily/watery mix. If this happens, contact us with a photo and we will provide you with a full refund.
